  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs; beat with electric mixer. Add bread and pineapple with juice.

    Put into a buttered casserole.

    Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 8.
