Pineapple Casserole

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (save 3 Tbsp. juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick melted margarine or butter
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add pineapple juice and pineapple chunks.

    Add cheese.

    Put in a casserole dish.

    Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
