- 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 small can pineapple, drained (crushed)
- ground red pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Soften cream cheese at room temperature.

2Add Cheddar cheese, green pepper, onion, pineapple, ground red pepper and Tabasco to cream cheese.

3Mix well.

4Roll into ball or log shape, then roll in chopped nuts until completely covered.

5Chill for at least 24 hours prior to serving.
