- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- additional pecans, finely chopped
Directions

1In a medium bowl with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple gradually, 1 cup of pecans and green pepper.

2Refrigerate a few hours for easier handling.

3Shape into ball.

4Roll in the additional pecans.

5Wrap in plastic, then foil. Refrigerate until well chilled, overnight.

6Serve with crackers.
