Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Measure 1/2 cup pecans; set aside.

    Cream the cream cheese; add remaining ingredients.

    Form into ball.

    Roll in 1/2 cup pecans.

    Refrigerate before serving.
