Pineapple Cheese Balls

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion, pepper and 1 cup pecans.

    Form into 2 balls; roll each ball in remaining cup of pecans.

    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

    Serve with crackers.
