Pineapple Cheese Pie

- graham cracker crust
- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 1 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
Directions

1Drain syrup from pineapple and add water to make 1 cup.

2Heat to boiling.

3Dissolve lemon jello in the syrup.

4Blend 1/2 of the jello with cream cheese.

5When smooth, pour into pie shell.

6Chill until set.

7Arrange pineapple chunks on top and spoon remaining jello over to glaze.

8Chill.
