  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained
  • cinnamon

    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating until each is combined.

    Add sugar and vanilla and beat one minute.

    Fold in pineapple.
