Pineapple Cheese Roll

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/8 c. finely chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    In medium bowl, with fork beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple, half of the pecans, pepper, onion and salt.

    Chill in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Shape into ball; roll in the remaining nuts.

    Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving time.
