  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 14 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 (85 g) packages pineapple Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar

    In a medium size bowl add the graham crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.

    Melt margarine.

    Add to crumb mixture.

    Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.

    Note: You can reserve a teaspoon of crumb mixture to sprinkle on top of the filling once it is in the pan.

    Dissolve the two packages of pineapple jello with one cup of boiling water.

    Beat can of evaporated milk to whipped cream consistency.
