  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • peanut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 slices canned pineapple (reserve juice)
  • reserved pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 clove garlic, mashed
  • parsley

Directions

    Slice chicken meat into thin strips.
