Pineapple-Coconut Pie

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
  • 1 small can pineapple, crushed (with juice)
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Add sugar gradually and mix thoroughly. Melt, then add butter, pineapple (without draining) and coconut. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Makes two pies.
