- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
- 1 small can pineapple, crushed (with juice)
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add sugar gradually and mix thoroughly. Melt, then add butter, pineapple (without draining) and coconut. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

3Makes two pies.
