- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pineapple and juice
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Cream together first 4 ingredients.

2Add eggs and beat on slow speed, then add last 3 ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Bake at 350° until light brown, about 45 minutes.
