  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pineapple and juice
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream together first 4 ingredients.

    Add eggs and beat on slow speed, then add last 3 ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until light brown, about 45 minutes.
