  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 5 eggs

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, softened oleo and pineapple.

    Add coconut, eggs and vanilla; blend well and pour into two 8-inch pastry-line pie pans.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 50 minutes or until done.
