  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs (omit 1 yolk)
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
