- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1/2 pt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 pkg. gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pt. can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Whip heavy cream to a stiff froth.

2Boil milk and sugar.

3Soak gelatin in water and place in a warm place.

4Add this to the boiled milk.

5When slightly cool, add the egg yolks, well beaten. Stir in the fruit and juice of the crushed pineapple and lastly stir in the whipped cream.

6Place in sherbet glasses in refrigerator.
