- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2Spread well-drained pineapple into a 9x9 inch square baking pan.

3In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg until smooth.

4Spoon mixture evenly over pineapple.

5Pour melted butter over mixture and then sprinkle with cinnamon.

6Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
