  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve crushed ritz crackers
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter

    Place drained pineapple into glass baking dish.

    Mix sugar and flour. Pour over pineapple.
