Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Roll 1/2 of wafers and sprinkle in bottom of pan or dish (6 to 7-inch).

    Beat eggs, butter and sugar together with egg beater until very thick and creamy.

    Spread over wafer crumbs.

    Whip cream very stiff.

    Mix nuts and pineapple with cream.

    Spread over butter mixture.

    Roll remainder of wafers and sprinkle over top of cream, nuts and pineapple mixture.
  8. 8
    Top with whipped cream. Chill.
