  • 1 small pkg. lime jello
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 pt. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish

Directions

    Dissolve both packages of jello in water.

    Add remainder of ingredients and stir well.

    Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator until firm.

    Unmold and garnish with lettuce.

    Serves 8 to 10.
