Pineapple Delite Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (4 serving) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

    Bake cake and cool.

    Beat cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar.

    Add enough milk to make spreadable.

    Set aside.

    Mix undrained pineapple and the lemon pudding.

    When cake is cooled, spread with the cream cheese mixture.

    Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.
