- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 medium size pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
Directions

1Place cottage cheese and lemon juice in electric blender and blend until smooth.

2Add ginger and honey and place in a serving bowl.

3Spear pineapple chunks with toothpicks and set in the dip or arrange around bowl.
