  • 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 small Cool Whip or whipping cream

Directions

    Bake cake mix as directed.

    Cool and slice layers to make 4 layers.

    Combine pineapple, sugar and cornstarch.

    Cook until thick, stirring to prevent sticking.

    Cool and add sour cream. Ice 3 layers with this mixture.

    Put Cool Whip on top layer.
