  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. instant pudding (coconut or butter pecan)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 large Cool Whip

    Bake cake mix according to box; cool.

    Cream together cream cheese and milk; add instant pudding.

    Set aside.

    Cook crushed pineapple and cornstarch until thick; cool.

    Spread cream cheese/pudding mixture over cake.

    Then spread pineapple over. Top with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with coconut.
