- 10 to 12 slices cubed white bread
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Drain pineapple (keep juice).

2Beat sugar, eggs and butter until light and fluffy.

3Pour over bread cubes and drained pineapple.

4Add enough juice to moisten well.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.

6Serve from oven.
