Pineapple Filling

  • 10 to 12 slices cubed white bread
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Directions

    Drain pineapple (keep juice).

    Beat sugar, eggs and butter until light and fluffy.

    Pour over bread cubes and drained pineapple.

    Add enough juice to moisten well.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.

    Serve from oven.
