- 1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Melt butter; mix in sugar.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Stir in pineapple.

4Fold in bread.

5Bake in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

6Serve warm as side dish with ham.
