- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 18 to 20 oz. crushed pineapple
- 12 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Drain pineapple and save juice.

4Add pineapple and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.

5Stir.

6Add cubed bread and mix well.

7Place in greased 2-quart dish.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for 50 minutes. Delicious with baked ham.
