Pineapple Flax Seed Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 jar pineapple preserves BAMA
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil warmed
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl stir flour, sugar, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder together.

    Add pineapple preserve and flax seeds. Stir until mixed thorougly

    Add milk and stir. Note: It should be thicker than pancake mix but moist

    Then add warmed (liquid) coconut oil and fold into mixture

    Using a large spoon scoop mixture into a ball and drop onto baking sheet

    set oven at 375*F. Cook for 15 minutes until a light golden brown as seen in picture
