- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 jar pineapple preserves BAMA
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil warmed
- 2 cups milk
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl stir flour, sugar, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder together.

2Add pineapple preserve and flax seeds. Stir until mixed thorougly

3Add milk and stir. Note: It should be thicker than pancake mix but moist

4Then add warmed (liquid) coconut oil and fold into mixture

5Using a large spoon scoop mixture into a ball and drop onto baking sheet

6set oven at 375*F. Cook for 15 minutes until a light golden brown as seen in picture
