Ingredients

  • 3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 or 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small jar cherries (optional)

Directions

    Mix wafers and margarine together and pack to form crust in a large glass dish.

    Cover mixture with bananas.

    Mix lemon juice and milk; spread over bananas.

    Drain pineapple and mix with coconut. Spread over ingredients in dish.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Add pecans and garnish with cherries.

    Put in refrigerator to cool.
