  • 1 cup brown rice uncooked (cook=3cup)
  • 2 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 fat slice of ham cubed
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

    If rice is not cooked , cook rice.

    Chop all ingredients while waiting for rice.

    Add soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger powder to a bowl.
