  • 14 oz. can Dole crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain Red Band flour
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. fresh coconut
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Pour in tube pan and bake at 375° until done.

    Remove and cool.
