- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 lb. chicken leg quarters
- cooking oil
- salt
Directions

1For sauce, drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.

2Combine pineapple, reserved syrup, chili sauce, sugar and mustard.

3Brush chicken lightly with oil; season with salt.

4Grill chicken over medium hot coals, bone side down, for 25 to 30 minutes or until bone side is well brown.

5Turn chicken.

6Grill 20 minutes more. Turn chicken again.

7Spoon sauce on top.

8Grill 5 to 10 minutes more or until chicken is done.
