  • 8 lb. cooked, boneless ham
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Bake ham according to directions on the label.

    In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes.

    For the last 30 minutes of baking the ham, turn the oven up to 400° and baste with the pineapple marinade every 10 minutes.
