- 1 1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
- 3/4 c. uncooked oats
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 20 whole cloves
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well.

2Shape into balls. Chill.

3In large frypan lightly brown ham balls in the shortening. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour over ham balls.

4Cover with lid.

5Cook on medium for about 1 hour.
