- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. sooji
Directions

1Drain the canned pineapple in a colander for about 45 minutes.

2Melt 1/2 the stick of butter and add 1 tsp. sooji.

3Stir this continuously until aroma arises.

4Then add pineapple.

5Keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.

6When it becomes sticky, add condensed milk and keep stirring until the milk forms lumps.

7Add the remaining 1/2 stick of butter.

8Keep stirring until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes.

9Decorate with almonds or pistachios if desired.
