  • 8 pounds Fully Cooked Boneless Ham
  • 1 can Pineapple Tidbits, 19 Oz. Can, Juice And Pineapple Divided Use
  • 2 cups Water Or Pineapple Juice
  • 23 cups Brown Sugar
  • 13 cups Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon Granules
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ginger

Directions

    Slice the ham and place it in a slow cooker; heat on low 1 hour.

    Place the juice from the pineapple, the additional water or juice, and all of the remaining ingredients (except the pineapple) in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Boil until thick.

    Then stir in the pineapple tidbits.

    Pour sauce over the ham.

    Heat on low for two or more hours to allow flavors to blend.

    Serve over hot cooked rice.
