  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with juice and vanilla.

    Bake in angel food cake pan at 300° for 1 hour or until toothpick is inserted and comes out
