- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Cream butter and powdered sugar.

2Add eggs and beat until smooth.

3Add a little pineapple juice if too heavy to spread. Crush vanilla wafers.

4Line the bottom of pan with 1/2 of cookie crumbs.

5Spread on mixture, then the crushed pineapple, then the whipped cream, then the rest of the crumbs.

6Store overnight in freezing unit.

8Add vanilla to whipped cream; if sweetened add powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar as it makes water in bottom of pan.
