- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions

1Bring the rice, pineapple juice, water, pineapple, butter, lime zest, and salt to a boil in a saucepan over high heat.
