Pineapple Lime Ring

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. marshmallow
  • 2 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add cold water and juice. Gradually add jello to cream cheese, mixing well until blended. Chill until thickened but not set.

    Fold in marshmallow, pineapple and nuts.

    Pour in 6-cup ring mold.

    Chill until firm.
