Pineapple Lime Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Boil 1 cup water; stir in jello.

    Add 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice.

    Add jello to cream cheese and mix.

    Chill until thickened but not set.

    Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into ring mold and chill until firm.
