  • 1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained (not the small can)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple, drained (chunks or tidbits work best)
  • 1 (12 ounce) container lite Cool Whip
  • 1 (12 ounce) container fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) box sugar-free orange gelatin

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and jell-o mix.

    Drain juice from oranges and pineapple, then add to ingredients.

    Add in the cool whip a little at a time.

    Refrigerate overnight is best.
