- 5 c. pineapple juice, chilled
- pineapple juice cubes or ice cubes
- 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or sparkling water, chilled
Directions

1Measure 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup juice cubes or ice cubes into blender.

2Whirl until foamy.

3Add 1/2 cup champagne. Whirl 2 seconds.

4Stand 30 seconds before pouring to allow foam to settle.

5Pour into 2 or 3 glasses.

6(To make larger quantity, fill blender to capacity using the given proportions.)

7Makes about 15 beverages.

8Pour pineapple juice in ice cubes trays and freeze for pineapple cubes.
