- 1 (20 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 (10 oz.) jar mint jelly
- 1 container whipping cream
- 1 tsp. confectioners sugar
- dash of salt
Directions

1Drain pineapple; keep syrup and place in saucepan.

2Soften gelatin in syrup.

3Add jelly and dash of salt.

4Heat and stir until all dissolved and jelly melted.

5Stir in pineapple; chill until mixture is thickened and syrupy.

6Whip cream with sugar until stiff; fold into mixture.

7Spoon into mold and freeze.

8Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
