  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
  • 1 x ice cubes
  • 1 x mint leaves

    In a 1 quart measure cup, combine the juice, sugar, and grenadine, stirring well.

    Rub the mint sprig around the inside of a tall glass, partially fill with ice or juice cubes and pour in the juice mixture.
