  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 small (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)

    vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in pineapple. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin pans half full. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
