- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. golden raisins
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten in milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. nutmeats
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Stir in nuts and raisins.

3Dissolve baking soda in the pineapple and add with rest of ingredients to dry mixture.

4Bake in a bread pan at 350° for about an hour, or until it tests done.

5Cool on rack; wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator.

6This will keep for a long time.
