Pineapple Nut Cake

- 1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
- 1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 8 or 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Directions

1Mix cake mix, oranges and oil together.

2Mix well.

3Add eggs one at a time.

4Fold in nuts and bake in three round pans, greased and floured.

5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.

6Cool 10 minutes. Then turn upside down on racks.

7Cool completely.

8Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple (with juice).

9Frost cakes with mixture.
