  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients by hand.

    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
