Pineapple Nut Cake

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with electric hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.
